'Yes or No' in Display Form to be inserted in SQL Non Query

Good Afternoon!

 

  I have a very simple workflow that uses a Display Form to collect information from an inspector and submits that information into a SQL table.

 

 

My question is that some of the information that I want the inspector to collect are Yes or No questions. What is the best way to display this in the form (Two checkboxes maybe?) and then how would that data then be captured in the SQL Non Query task? Thanks so much!

  Hi Lisa, 

   

  Yes, checkboxes or radio buttons would probably be the best option for collecting yes/no reponses. To capture that in the SQL Non-Query Activity, you can compile the the SELECT statement or command beforehand (perhaps using in a series of Assign activities) and then pass that into the SQL activity by filling in the parameter section.
