Automatic Deployment - via Chef?

Hi there,

 

We are looking at using Chef to deploy the GE software to our new servers being built.

 

Has anyone ventured down this path and would be kind enough to share any valid 'recipes' with us?

  Hi Gareth,

   

  I was searching for something else when I stumbled upon your unanswered post.  Sorry you didn't get a reply!  Essentials doesn't currently support automated deployments (IE with Chef), but if you would still like to see that added, please submit it to the ideas page!
