Set Auto Expand Swatches to be set on Layer rather than Viewer

Hi,

At the moment (GE4.4.0,  HTMLViewer 2.5), if I want to expand the swatches on a layer, I have to do it at Viewer level. It would be alot better, if it is possible to turn on "Expand Swatches" at a layer level. As there are some that I want to show and some I want to be collapsed.
