Internet explorer 11 Settings for SSL certificates

I'M Having difficulties with the identity servers ability to fuction with the SSL certificate in Internet Explorer 11. We have set permissions and user names and passwords which work fine in Chrome, FireFox, and Edge but Internet explorer is a problem. Our logo just blinks at us and I believe some of my recent network problems might have something to do with this. If any one has experienced any similar problems please advise.

  We had seen similar problems with IE 11 and a perpetually blinking splash screen. After some testing, it appeared that we got this behavior when presenting the app in an iframe. Loading the site using the long URL worked alright.

   

  We never got to the bottom of it though, because after an upgrade to the latest version of IE 11 the problem went away on its own.
