HTML Viewer: Default Viewer with ALL tools?
Hello all,
After every upgrade to HTML Viewer, I feel like I have to work too hard to find out where the new tools and functionality are located. Is the new functionality or tool "already included" in the viewer when I upgrade (ie. context menu was there) or if I have to manually add a tool (upload feature data)? Also, if I have to add it to the Site (splash screen)or the Viewer.
There is a listing of "New Features" in the Release Notes, but I have to really try to find how incorporate new stuff into existing viewers or if it already exists by default. It would be nice if the "new features" doc added a reference to the page in the Admin Guide.
So, my question is... When I add a new viewer, I only get a viewer with one toolbar with 5 tools. And an "I want to" menu. Is there a setting or default something somewhere such that when I add a new Viewer, it will have ALL possible tools so I can easily see them somewhere?
Thank goodness for the short videos because they have really helped.
If I have totally missed an obvious source of all the above, please let me know!
Thanks,
Carmen

Sometimes it takes cake and punch at a coworker's retirement party to help me see the obvious...
The button on the toolbar configuration page for the Viewer has a "Load Preset Toolbar..." button that loads the "Web GIS (Full) toolbar" configuration.

Some tools are not included on the Web GIS (Full) toolbar, e.g. the Save to ArcGIS tool. 0
