Tile cache layers not printing!
We have some cached tile layers that are not printing.
I have looked at two posts from the past that cover similar issues. But the fixes did not work for me…

Hi Forest,
The sure way to find out what is causing your printing issue is to use a web inspection tool like Fiddler. Fiddler will show the print request and the response. As Essentials will also be making web requests to create the print, you will most likely need to use Fiddler as a proxy for Essentials -

this will show Essentials making an export request to the ArcGIS server and the response coming back. You will most likely find the request is missing a parameter or the ArcGIS server did not return the correct image(s).
Feel free to open a support ticket if you want assistance doing this, I would say it's a fairly advanced exercise depending on your comfort level with Fiddler.

I had a similar problem where a cache layer would print, but not appear in the legend of a print template. This was fixed by having the layer be on by default. 0
