Turn Off Basemaps With Widget

The basemap widget should have the ability to turn off all basemaps.  You currently can only turn on and switch basemaps.  There is no way to actually turn them off so the viewer is no longer calling the basemap services.

  This is the reason why I do not add my basemaps into the basemap section! If we could add a default basemap or a 'None' option would be good.
