Show site warnings at the site list level (GE-8321)

Site warnings don't appear until a site is opened in Manager. It would be nice to see sites that have warnings/errors at the site list level in Manager since existing sites aren't necessarily opened very often and users may not report problems right away (or at all).

  Because reading site configuration from disk is a relatively expensive (i.e., slow) operation, Essentials only reads from disk when a site is opened in Manager or if the file watcher detects that configuration on disk has changed. The rest of the time, sites are cached within Essentials. While this idea makes sense, it would require a significant reworking of how and when Essentials loads, caches, and updates its sites.
  
  At the risk of sounding like opportunistic upsell: as an alternative, you could use another application (Geocortex Analytics, for instance) to monitor the availability of services and sites and trigger an alert in the event of a failure or loss of service.
