Feature Description not showing when features are selected in workflow

I have a workflow that selects a council district then selects all projects within that boundary and displays the results in tabular view.  But, when selecting on a feature in the table the maptip comes up blank.  Also, if you switch to list view the feature description is blank.  How can I get the feature description to show when these items are clicked?

 

Also, the header for the table view and list view say "Workflow".  Where do I change that?

  I'll also add that the callout maptips work as intended if projects are identified individually outside of the workflow.

  Sounds like you are not defining the layer in one of the selections in the workflow. Probably the Select Features.  The 'Worklow' header I think is the collection name.

  Thanks bunchds!!!  I entered the feature description from the manager in the Description Format in the Select Features and named the collection and all is well!
