    Hi Dibya,

Yes, you can do this with Insight.  You need to create a dashboard (top right of the reports) and add the panels you want to the dashboard.  You would then set the date range to the last week (or whatever you want it set to).

Derek Pettigrew did a great feature video of Insight that covers this process.  Here is the URL (the section you want is about 25 minutes in)

    https://support.geocortex.com/optimizerGSCVideo?sub-nav=videos&main-nav=optimizer&dc=Geocortex_Insight_Optimizer_vid&criteria=BESTANSWERS&id=kA560000000PBVH

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Hi Danny,

Thank you for pointing me to this video. But the report I wanted is not the one that is available in any panel. It's kind of custom report for a daily number of user per site for one week. Is it possible to customize any report on Insight at this time? If possible, if you have any video for that I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Dibya,

You can but you would need to query it from Elastic Search (aka Geocortex Core) directly. You can access the head at on the server hosting Insight/Analytics:

    v1.0 - http://localhost:9200/_plugin/head/

v1.1 - http://localhost:19201/_plugin/head/ (they changed the default port)

I would curl the data you need using a Python script and format that into a email or report.

WARNING!!! Mucking around in Elastic Search WILL break things. Make sure that you are only querying data, not modifying.

    Hi Dibya and Tom,

As Tom suggested, you can manually pull the data out of Elastic Search, although that is an advanced topic, and not something that I would recommend unless you're careful.  As Tom says, you run the risk of breaking things if you use the POST method instead of the GET method.

At the moment you can not add custom reports, but I would post that in the Ideas section.  If it gets enough votes, we will look at including it in the product.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Danny
