Layer Visualization - If layer field is not configured to allow visualization, should not show when choosing which attribute to symbolize

If layer field is not configured to allow visualization (both unique values and , it should not show in the drop-down list when a user is choosing which attribute to dynamically symbolize that layer.

This will help clean up the user experience and reduce confusion/frustration when they select an attribute to symbolize on and nothing happens.
