Save/Open Project disabled for logged in user in 4.6/2.7. What changed?

I recently upgraded, and now Save/Open Project is disabled for a logged in user. I have set it up in the *.json to hideOnDisable like I had it before, but even when I switch it back to false, the options are greyed out. Is this the same Core bug mentioned in Yunsik Choi's message from yesterday?

  This is a pretty critical break. Is there a plan to roll out the patch you mentioned or do we have to wait for a month?

  Hi Heather,

   

  Sorry for the lack of replies to this thread!  The developers are requesting some additional information to track down a workaround for this issue.  Can you please open a support case and refrence the bug ID CORE-2382?
