Add date, not just time, to "HTTP Error - Unauthorized or Forbidden..." in the Instant Search Tab

It would be great if the HTTP Errors thrown while working in the Instant Search tab of a map service included the date of the error added to the time stamp.  These errors are given with a "...Encountered at [time]...Will retry after [time]."
Sometimes the "Will retry after[time]" is 24 hours later, but that can be hard to tell when the two times in the error message are actually the same time, but in reality different days.

It is a simple update that can help alleviate some small headaches when troubleshooting the Instant Search of a map service.
