Non visible layers flash on while site loads

When many of our sites load, some of the layers that are not visible by default appear on the map briefly before disappearing once the site has finished initializing. Not a deal breaker but just wondering why this might be happening and how to correct it.

  I am having the same issue as well with GVH 2.7. The invisible layers eventually go away, but sometime it takes a few seconds (more than flash).

  Hi Rebecca, Masao,

   

  I have tried to recreate this with a couple of sites but have been unsuccessful.  Are any of your sites public by chance?  Is the behavior consistent accross other browsers?  If it is still happening if might be worth opening a support case.
