Instructions for setting up Clustered Server environment?

Hi there,

 

I was wondering if anyone has an idea where to find the installation guide for setting up a clustered geocortex environment? It's mentioned in the install guide at 4.5.1 but that's about it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Gareth

   

  There are a number of articles in Knowledge Base about setting up a cluster environment for 4.6x.  We are still on 4.5x oursleves as I am waiting on the next maintenance release, but it does seem like there has been some significant changes in the way clusters are set up between the two versions.  I am hoping though that in the long run it will be simpler and more stable than it has been in the past.

  Thansk Chris for the feedback. I've found plenty of stuff on upgrading and talking about clustering, but no actual notes on how to initially set it up.

   

  I think I might wait, as you are to attempt this. The fire season is approaching - although the State is literally underwater! Hence our flood site we've just built!

   

  We are currently using cookie persistence in our Load Balancer to include 2 GE servers and that has worked fine for us, but was interested in setting the cluster up to see how easy it was? and performance?
