The Geocortex analytics report fails to show information like those detected by Geocortex optimizer,

 

Hi All,

 

Despite the fact that the Geocortex analytics integration is enabled for viewer C1, it fails to return any information for this application.

 

 

 

 

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Lubna,

   

  We recently discovered that some information about the documentation was missing regarding the configuration of the client relay.  This issue will be fixed in the next release, but I supplied the missing instructions in (https://support.geocortex.com/optimizerGSCForum?sub-nav=forum&main-nav=optimizer&feedtype=SINGLE_QUESTION_DETAIL&dc=Geocortex_Insight_Optimizer&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&id=90660000000PDftAAG) this post .  Please take a look and let me know if you have any followup questions!
