users cannot access saved or shared project html5 2.7
we recently upgraded to geocortex 4.6.1 and the html5 viewer 2.7. as an administrar i can save a project and it does appear in the projects list in the datastore area (show in the security tab in the manager). the problem is that our users cannot see a list of projects to load, even if specifically share the project to them. i can see the project i saved within the project it was saved from, but i cannot see my saved projects from any other project site.
we do not have a custom install, we are using the out of the box directions, so can someone provide some insight as to why users cannot see saved or shared projects (even when read access has been granted for all users). when they initiate the open project button either on the toolbar or in the i want to menu.

Hi Jeff,
It sounds like the security settings weren't successfully migrated during the upgrade. I would recommend opening a (To: support@latitudegeo.com) Support case so we can take a look. What version of Essentials were you upgrading from? Did you install 4.6.0 prior to installing 4.6.1?0 -
we migrated from 4.5.1. we were expecting the html5 version to work like the silverlight version. in the silverlight version a user can view and open all the saved projects that have been shared to his username, this is not the case in our set up and thats why we suspect a problem. in our current setup users can only see shared projects that were created from the currently open project, no others. that doesn't seem that useful. so we will be filing a ticket.

Hi, was there a resolution to this?
I've just upgraded from 4.5.1 to 4.6.3 and have the same problem with my 2.7.2 viewer.
No projects are visible when trying to open. Projects are visible in the doc store.
