Feature Descriptions - Anchors in URLs
I am having a problem including hyperlinks that have anchors in the URL in a feature description. Do you know if there is any setting in Geocortex that allows the inclusion of # anchors in the URLs used for <a> tags in Feature Descriptions?
Example: I am pulling URLS from a field called caselink in my feature class:
https://www.mysite.com/ServiceDeskPage#/500R0000006NZu0
<a href="{caseDetailLink}">Service Request</a>
Geocortex is stripping the URL after the # character, so the urls link to mysite are landing at https://www.mysite.com/ServiceDeskPage instead of https://www.mysite.com/ServiceDeskPage#/500R0000006NZu0.
This behavior isn’t limited to URLS pulled from my database. I hardcoded a URL with an anchor by putting the following into a layer’s feature description:
<a href="https://docs.python.org/2/tutorial/datastructures.html#list-comprehensions">Test</a>
When the Test link was clicked in the feature description, the URL that opened was https://docs.python.org/2/tutorial/datastructures.html, not https://docs.python.org/2/tutorial/datastructures.html#list-comprehensions.
Is there a setting I can toggle to allow the inclusion of anchor tags in a link?

Hello Maura,
I believe Latitude support has been in contact with you about this issue, but I'm going to post some information here in case others stumble upon this question. We have this filed as a bug now, GVH-12356. It seems that it was introduced in version 2.6 of the HTML5 viewer. While it hasn't been resolved yet, this issue has a high priority and we are actively working on it for a future release.
