Imagery not exporting to resulting pdf

No longer able to have imagery show up in exported pdf's, bmp's, png's, etc.  Could have been Essentials upgrade, HTML5 viewer upgrade, or adding 2016 cached imagery in last 2 months.

 

ArcServer 10.3, clustered

 

GE 4.5

 

HTML5 Viewer 2.6.1

 

'JPEG ' Tile format

 

Usual Esri scales (564, 1128, 2256, 4513, etc.)

  After speaking with Esri about their bug (000085004 - Map export fails when requesting an export from a cached map service created using ArcGIS 10.3 for Server), we upgraded our ArcServer version from 10.3 to 10.3.1.

   

   

   

  Our 2016 imagery service’s cache now shows up as expected with Geocortex exports to electronic formats and printing.
