Basemap (cached) not printing/exporting - HTML5 Viewer 2.7 - ArcGIS Server 10.4.1

Hi All

 

I have a number of air photo cached basemaps which display fine in the viewer.  Only problem is when I try to export them it either times out or the imagery does not display.. printing the imagery does not display.  All have the same coordinate system and are all cached at identical scales.

 

Using the latest and greatest versions across the board:

 

HTML Viewer 2.7, Essentials 4.6 and basemaps being served by ArcServerr 10.4.1

  Hi Chris,

   

  If the service is timing out, I would investigate the traffic with fiddler.  You may need to investigate it from the viewer to the server (by running fiddler on your desktop) and from the server to the map service (by following the guide here (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&id=kA360000000Cib0CAC) )

   

  The other usual suspect that I like to check is that the map service spatial reference matches the site spatial reference.  If they don't match, then the service may not appear in the exported document.  

   

  If all else fails, please open a support case so we can assist you.
