IS it possible to put context menu items in the toolbar?

Specifically the results tools? 

 

I'd like to created save/open resuls and export results button to a selection toolbar on our site. I can't seem to get the tools to enable. I see the {{context}} parameter, but don't know what to point this to. It doesn't seem to be referring to a collection.
