Identify Tools not 'sticking'

I have four identify tools configured in my viewer: polygon, rectangle, point, and freehand. However, no matter which tool I click to use, the last one in the list is the only one that will become selected, for example 'freehand' in the image below. If I move 'point' to the last tool, then point is the only tool that will become selected. Has anyone else experienced this?

  Hi,

   

  In your viewer toolbar configuration, do you have the "IdentifyToolControlRegion" present? You can edit the default draw mode of the Identify Command but I beleive you will always need the "region" present. See my attached screenshots.

  Hi Mike, I did not have the IdentifyToolControlRegion present, however after adding it and saving the map, I am still experiencing the same issue where only the last button in the list is being used to identify...Freehand in the image below, even when I click on Polygon, Rectangle, or Point.

  Hi,

   

  I reproduced this behavior. It appears you cannot seperate these tools, the command in each button is "Identify" and will only function correctly when part of the Find Data multi tool.
