No AGS Server stats collected
I have configured Analytics 1.2 to report on one of our ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 servers. It appears to have accepted all the path names, user names and passwords for the REST endpoint, AGS logs and IIS logs, since it successfully saved the new server configuration.
It will also correctly list all the services that are running on the AGS box including which layers are are turned on by default, etc. However, it never seems to actually collect any statistics from either AGS nor IIS. Every report is blank except the Service Usage and Performance report, which ONLY lists the service names and type - total requests, unique users, etc. are all blank.
Is there any way to verify that Analytics is successfully accessing the AGS / IIS logs? I have not installed the Geocortex client on the AGS box, since it seems to be recommended that you let the hub server access them remotely (through network shares).
Peter.

Hi Peter, 0 -
I see similar error messages about 'Power=up error while starting role' in the Analytics.IISLog as well as other errors in various log files. Did a repair install and reboot - looks like things are operating better now. Don't know what went wrong on initial install. 0 -
Glad to hear it's working Peter! If it happens again, please let us know and we will help you investigate! 0 -

Hi Peter, 0 -
Danny, I've opened a ticket today. Hopefully we can figure things out - it's all a bit sketchy at the moment. 0
