ConfigurationLoadFailed/RequestError message
Hello,
I am putting some viewer configurations on a site that is protected by IP. If a user happens to get the url for the viewer and they do not have access, I would like to display the message something like below. Is it possible? If so, how?
Would like message to read:
An error occurred.
ConfigurationLoadFailed/RequestError: You do not have access to the resource you are trying to use, please contact sss@here.com (To: sss@here.com) mailto:sss@here.com if you need further assistance.
Original message:
An error occurred.
ConfigurationLoadFailed/RequestError: Unable to load http://giswebdevext/viewers/securetest/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default/Desktop.json.js status: 403

Hi Louie,
I don't think those pages are user editable unfortunately. Can you please tell me a little more about how your are restricting access via IP?
One thought I had is that if you are doing it any the viewer level (which it doesn't sound like you are doing), you should be able to set a custom error page for a 403 error (using the Error Pages panel in IIS) to display your desired message.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Danny0
