    Hello Muhammad,

Public services will be detected automatically, but in order to monitor any secure services, you will need to add the ArcGIS server to Analytics reports using a user account that has permission to access the services you want to monitor.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Hi Daniel

Thanks for reply. Actually I chose to add ArcGIS Server by using Geocortex Agent Installation. My ArcGIS services are secured by using ArcGIS server security not the windows security. During the installation of Geocortex Agent, I did not see any page asking for username and password to access secure services on ArcGIS Server.

If the services are secured by ArcGIS then does geocortex Agent is limited for Public serivces?

Or is there any config file that I could use to provide username and password for secure services ?

    Thanks,

    Hello Muhammad,

If you have secured services, my recommendation is to configure remote monitoring for that server.  The only way you can monitor your secured services is to have the hub server be aware of the credentials for those services (which does not happen when you are doing an agent installation).

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks,
