Order layer hyperlinks above layer action context menu links? Prepend instead of append?

Is it possible to have layer hyperlink items prepended to (or ordered above) the layer action context menu items?  The default behavior appends layer hyperlink items to the layer action content menu list.

  Hi Tyson, 

   

  I've taken a peek at the viewer code, and the layer hyperlinks are added as a block below the layer actions.

   

  If you'd like to have this formatting configurable, please submit an Idea to our Ideas section - that way others who may want to do it can vote or comment on how it might work.
