Geocortex application fails to work with no internet connection even when called locally,

 

 

 

For example, suppose that geocortex is installed in a test machine and a site is created. If this site is accessed (from the same test machine) with no internet connection, then an error occurred as shown in the screenshot below. Why we still need internet connection to access the geocortex application while working on the same machine?

 

 

 

 

I expect that geocortex application should work in an intranet environment with no need to internet. Am I correct?

  Hi Jamal,

   

  You need to make a small change to your viewer's index.html file, to tell it to use the local copy of the Esri JS API.  Here's a KBA that should help!
