Issue with ArcGIS Online hosted service in Geocortex

I'm having an issue with an AGOL hosted service that has been made public not working when it is added as a mapservice in Essentials. The connection validates as successful but it does not appear in the map and when you zoom to layer the screen goes blank. 

 

This is the publicly available service we are trying to use http://services2.arcgis.com/2dxDmKAvomcBK4AK/arcgis/rest/services/randomFieldNotes/FeatureServer 

 

Please if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be very much appreciated, I'm sure it's just something we're overlooking.

  Hi Rebecca 

   

  It seems me there is a mismatch with vicgrid projection (3111). Bounding box seem to be outsite of Victoria. 

   

  On other site, your REST service is working fine, I was able to instert one feature.

  Hi DELWP, Thanks for your reply. We noted this ourselves so we re-published the data and it is working perfectly!
