Ability to have Folder Structure with GE Manager

It would be great to have the ability to create specific Folders within GE Mnager, so Sites can be placed there, instead of the entire page. We have numerous Departments, and it would be very helpful if each Department had their own Folder.

  With permissions to each folder so lead user from each department can have admin access but only for their sites
