Transparency between Services
We've recently moved from one large service to multiple smaller services based on different themes.
On some of our polygon layers, we had set a transparency in the mxd and it displayed properly in Geocortex because it was in one service. However; now the transparencies do not display properly with multiple services.
For example, if I turn on a polygon layer on, the transparency will display properly and show everything underneath it in the same service. However, our basemapping layers, which are located in another service underneath the service with the polygon, are hidden and the polygon will not display as transparent but slightly paler.
Is there a way to make transparencies apply all the way down multiple services?

Hi Odiri,
I would try going into Essentials Manager and edit the Map Service's Image Format under the Display Settings tab. If you set this parameter to PNG32, then the opacity you set in the MXD will also apply to the map service in Essentials as well. This only works for Map Services and not Feature Layers.
I hope this helps.
