How to resolve Alert The requested operation failed when identifing a feature

I am receiving an Alert warning when identifing features in my site. I believe that it's due to one layer not configured correctly because when I change to another layer theme with this feature class I cannot reproduce the error.

 

I believe the lateral line layer is causing the problem and although it has feature descriptions values and allow identify operations checked. When clicking on the map no values are being returned for this one layer . I have tried republishing the service and clearing the browser cache. Does anyone have another suggestion or recommendation to try?

  What do the browser developer tools show on the requests sent (and the responses)?

  The error takes place when zoomed in to a large scale.

  There is an issue with the Sewer Casings layer

   

  https://gis.wpb.org/arcgis/rest/services/SanitarySystem/SanitaryCollection/MapServer/16

   

  A query on this layer returns an error. {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Failed to execute query.","details":[]}} It seems there is an error with the geometry in the layer. If I query the layer with Return Geometry set to False, no error is returned.
