How do i prevent a browser from caching

Here is my scenario

 

A user is given 2 sets of credentials for 2 different sites.

 

They log into one site with the first credentials.  Then they log into another site but it doesn't prompt them for new credentials but instead just says "This site is restricted".

 

This also appears to happen when migrating the site to a new server.

 

Is there a way to force the application to redirect to the login page if the cached credentials are incorrect.

  I haven't found a solution yet.  Sorry.  I was hoping that Latitude could provide some insight.
