    Hi Mark,

I'm in no way qualified to provide legal advice, so I would echo (https://developers.google.com/maps/faq#understanding-terms-of-service) Google's recommendation  that you consult with your own legal counsel.

That portion of the standard (https://developers.google.com/maps/terms) Google Maps APIs Terms of Service agreement  does currently appear to me to preclude the use of Google Street View in conjunction with a viewer (I don't believe they did when we first added third-party service capabilities in the Silverlight and HTML5 viewers). Over on GeoNet, a (https://geonet.esri.com/docs/DOC-2991-google-street-view-widget-21-072016) Street View widget has been withdrawn  due to the same concerns, and the terms of service have been discussed in other threads, as well (e.g., (https://geonet.esri.com/message/666129-re-add-google-basemap-via-javascript?commentID=666246#comment-666246) this one ). As I understand it, these terms may be superseded by other agreements with Google, such as their (https://developers.google.com/maps/premium/support) premium plan , so even if the standard agreement does not permit the use of Street View in your application, it may be possible to do so under another agreement.

I'm pretty sure I've used up my quota of conditionals and qualifiers for the week in this answer. I'm sorry I can't provide a more straightforward and unequivocal answer.

    Haha Thanks Jordan,

I kind of had the feeling that I would need to seek further advice to decipher the legalese. So yes I will not risk using it unless I get some formal agreement with Google.
