Map page in manager won't display after update to 4.6.3?

I updated arcgis server and sde from 10.2.2 to 10.4.1 then updated Essentials from 4.4.2 to 4.6.3.  Following this update, the Map page in Essentials Manager won't display any layers or basemaps.  Anyone know what might cause the Map page in Manager to no longer display any layers?

  Follow up note, the layers are present in Manager and Manager is seeing the services, just nothing will draw on the Map view.

  Hi Douglas,

   

  I ran into something similar with another customer not too long ago.  In our case, we needed to re-restart the ArcGIS server service.  The behaviour you are seeing can happen when A) The services are not started correctly, B) The map service IDs change, or C) The layer IDs change, or some layers are removed.
