GA Hub couldn't remote connect to remote server's WMI

    Hi Jack,

     

    WMI can be a little tricky.  Can you connect to the WMI namespace from the hub server using the wbemtest.exe utility (per this document: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/apm/docs/wmitesting.pdf )?  This will help you narrow down whether the issue is with Analytics, or with a firewall somewhere in between.  

     

    If it's an option, can you try temporarily disabling the firewall on the target server?  That may help too.  

     

    Are the servers on the same domain?
