Does HTML 5 viewer 2.7 support import Shapefile/csv?

We want to import CSV and shapefile to view the impack of new data. (just visualized only or save as project file) Is it possible to enable as a tool to import data?  I am using HTML 5 viewer 2.7

  You may implement the workflow using the OOTB activities such as ReadFile,ShapefileToFeatureSet etc.

   

  One sample workflow - ShapefileToFeatureSet activity - is on the Essential OOTB SampleSite ([GcxInstallationFOlder]/REST Elements\Sample Sites\Workflow_Samples\Resources\Workflows\Conversion\ShapeFileToFeatureSEt.xaml)
