Using "SetLayerVisibility" in the Workflow - toggle on parent group

When using the SetLayerVisibilty, I am dynamically getting the layer passed by a URL and turning it on.  I was wondering if there was a way to toggle on the parent group too?

  Actually, super easy.  Turn on Layer with SetLayerVisibility, and then use the DynamicExernal and change the IsEffectivelyVisible to True.  

   

  Very groovy.
