Turn on Layers if found in Global Search

If a user finds a result in a Global Search, say a Park Name, the layer and its parent folders should turn on if they select that feature.

As it stands today, the feature is selected, and zoomed to, but only the Selection Polygon (yellow) but the underlying feature is not visible (and should be if selected).
