How do you remove imported namespaces from a workflow?

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I can't seem to delete an Imported namespace out of workflow? I thought selecting it and hitting delete would work, that being the method used to remove both Variables and Arguments, but apparently not? Any other suggestions would be weclome.

  How about a getting your hands dirty option by editing the .xaml file in a text editor?

   

  The namespaces are at the start of the file.

   

  Usual warnings apply. Have a go with a copy first etc.

  As far as I know this is the only way to do this.
