Did anyone experience issue with WMS layer not displaying on existing layer theme but displays on a newly created layer theme?

I have added a WMS layer which displays fine on the GCX Manager, but the layer does not display on existing layer theme. But when I create a new layer theme, it does display on that new Layer Theme. is this a bug?

  Hi,

   

  Did you upgrade your Essentials version lately? We are aware of some issues with Layer Themes and unfortunatley, the only work around is to recreate the Theme from scratch. 

   

  Please confirm the version of Essentials you are using now.
