Descriptive values for coded value domains in Geometric-Enabled feature classes

I am having no luck displaying the Descriptive values of domains when the domains are used by a feature class participating in a SDE Geometric Network.  All features are set as "Enabled" within this Geometric Network and the network functions perfectly in an ESRI environment.  However, when I bring the feature class into a site, only the coded values come across - not the Descriptions.  All other feature classes that use coded value domains are being reported with their descriptive values.  However, none of those other feature classes participate in an SDE Geometric Network. 

 

Is this a known bug?  If not, is there a workaround?  Or is a Tech Support ticket needed?  Any insight would be helpful.  Thanks!

  Is this issue still outstanding? How do you have your coded value domains configured on your ArcGIS Service?
