Map tip - Top Layer

Is it possible to configure the map tip to return the top feature first?  This would be helpful for users that desire information for point features that are located on top of other features (polygon).  Otherwise users have to click the arrow button or drop down to gain the data they need.

  Hi Jared,

   

  I think, long ago, the viewer used to do this.  Then, we added drill-down map tips that would show all features, even those obscured under others.

   

  I don't think we have a way to toggle this behavior - can you post to the Ideas section so that others can vote on this?
