geocortex manager fails to start due to “missing layer”,
I couldn’t figure out why the manager fails to access the content in case of “missing layer”. In my perspective, the manager should be able to access the content such that services with issues can appear with exclamation mark to be fixed. Currently, the manager has no power to access the content unless all services with issues are deleted.
Is there any solution for this very frustrating issue?

Hi Jamal,
When you add a layer to your site, you inherently make that layer a requirement for your site. Because of this, I'm sorry to say that this is working as intended. I do not know of any way to work around this. That being said, we do have an open improvement for this. I'll add you as a stakeholder (GE-3220).
Thanks!

Many thanks Daniel for the consideration
In GE 4.10.3, I started all from scratch. I deleted one of the consumed services, nevertheless, the Geocortex Manager could start editing and give the opportunity to fix the issue without having the frustrating dialogue box popped up.
Does this mean that the issue has been resolved?
