RestManager: Apply edits to Desktop, Tablet, and Handheld viewers simultaneously

When making edits in the Rest Manager to the viewers, there are many configurations that can be specified separately for the desktop, tablet, and handheld viewers.  The way that this distinction is handled in the Rest Manager is to divide the configurations into three tabs, one for each desktop||tablet||handheld.  A personal hiccupp that I feel as though I am constantly battling is to make changes to all three configurations simultaneously and then try to apply them, but I miss the apply button for one or more configurations before saving the site and moving on.  This way, I end up having to redo my work more often than desired.

I understand that I need to be more careful, but I like to think that I'm not the only dummy with this issue.  I bet that it would be more straightforward to have the "apply" button live outside of the individual configuration tabs. It would also be more efficient to me as a dev or admin so that I could apply edits to all three at once without needing to reload the page 3 times or risking the loss of my work.
