An error occurs when launching HTML viewer----Desktop.json.js error

The attached error appears when launching the HTML viewer in GE 4.6.3\GVH 2.7.2

  A layer is lacking in the "Palestine" mapservice.

   

  See http://geomolg.ps/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/A2 One or more errors occurred. The site with ID "A2" failed to initialize. Refer to the logs for more details. The layer with Name "Historical Palestine (?????? ?????????)" and DisplayName "" does not exist in the map service "Palestine". Make sure that you have spelled the layer name correctly. If this is a sub layer of a group layer, ensure that it is defined within the correct group layer.
