    Hi Jamal,

     

    Can you check the Essentials Manager REST SYSTEM log file for any associated errors?  The log file will be located here :

     

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\App_Data\Logs\

     

    and the file name will be SYSTEM.{DATE}.log

     

    with {DATE} being the date the error occurred.
