Report include feature chart causes authentication / security issue

Hi, we recently deployed a new report, in which included a feature chart as described at https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCVideo?id=kA560000000Cala. The report function worked fine and generated the report, but then if i use other functions like Print then I got the error mesage like "Print Error: The current user cannot access the desired resource". If I remove the Feature Chart component from the report, then the proprogem gone. 

 

We're using GE4.6.3 and HTML5 2.7.2. The Geocortex server is setting on Amazon. I have tried a few things in the security settings in the Site manager but nothing works. Any help would be appreicated.

  That's a really odd one!  I'd suggest opening a support case if you're still experiencing this issue.
