When I enable security on a site, I get "Access Denied. This site is restricted." when I attempt to access from a remote browser. When I remote desktop into the server the browser/site works, suggestions ?

Additional information, I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. The same result. I have tried with both Geocortex User/Roles and Windows User/Roles. The same result.
