How can I have the workflow and TOC displayed simultaneously in the Data Region at the same time

Hello,

 

I am looking to have worflow and TOC displayed in the Data Region simultaneously at the same time, such that TOC is on the top & workflow is at the bottom of data region.

 

Could you please provide your inputs on it. I have tried writing custom css, but unable to get it...still trying.

  It doesn't look like this is something you can do with configuration alone. The regions diagram in the GVH admin guide (Appendix B) shows that there isn't a top and bottom option for the left panel region.
