Map tips does not honor formatting of Feature Long Description
I have a fairly complex Feature Long Description set using HTML. I have two lines with data from the feature layer, and three lines which are links to workflows and another, separate website. The problem comes when this formatting shows up in the Map Tips window. It looks fine for the most part, but I have giant spaces between the lines containing the links. I can set a line height in the HTML for the Feature Long Description. When you open the Map Tip it doesn't show the line height that I set. However, when you click on Additional Details, the Details tab shows the correct line height. This is frustrating, as I feel like the information should be formatted the same in both places.
A picture is attached which shows the info from both windows.
Any thoughts on this? How can I fix this?

Hi Tami,
Can you add what version of Essentials and viewer you are currently using? Based on your screenshot it appears to be an older version and map tips have changed considerably recently.
